David Blake and the crew of Evergreen Development did a complete gut and renovation project in our condo kitchen. The kitchen space is small but now it is very bright, open and updated! We were very happy with the quality of work that was done and would highly recommend them.

David Blake and his team from Evergreen Development LLC provided me with the most professional, expert and reliable experience in the total rebuilding of my condo from hurricane destruction. David is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of construction and. contracting. He communicates sensitively and patiently, always making sure that I, his client, understood every step along the way to making my gutted space home once again. Also in terms of communication, he is readily accessible by phone or text without delay. What a difference that makes as far as peace of mind is concerned. His staff are highly skilled craftsmen, making the work seamless and of the highest quality. Neighbors and friends who visit my condo ooo and ahhh over the beauty of my new home. Others I know who have used David's Evergreen Development LLC also sing this company's praises. I couldn't recommend David and his team more highly!

David was exceedingly easy to work with. He spent a lot of time determining what we wanted and then went above and beyond our expectations in the remodeling of our kitchen and bathrooms. He and his crew want to make sure you are happy with the end results and we certainly were. I recommend him highly!

David was a pleasure to work with under tough circumstances. We experienced a lot of loss due to the flood surge from Hurricane Helene. He was knowledgeable about Gulfport's building permitting process and of all of FEMA’s requirements, and willing and able to complete and overcome all of the roadblocks created by the bureaucracy. His attention to detail and quality of work is appreciated and evident in all of our rebuilding. We also appreciated his suggestions and creativity. David has excellent communication skills, is dependable and always kept us informed about the project schedule. David has also managed to assemble a group of suppliers and subcontractors who share his work ethic. We highly recommend David and his teams.

David and his team at Evergreen are everything you could possibly hope for in a contracting company.
Talented in all aspects of construction from initial design concepts, to scheduling, material acquisition, drywall, cabinetry, tile work, electric, plumbing, carpentry. There’s nothing the Evergreen Team can’t do—and do well. They did a complete renovation to my kitchen, partial renovation to my bathroom, and made my balcony next level.
I have recommended them to no fewer than six of my friends, all of whom have rated them A+ as well. They are smart, friendly, reliable, and work with the highest level of integrity and quality. Highly recommend!

David and his team rebuilt the interior of our home after we sustained flooding from Hurricane Helene. David and his team succeeded our expectations, from the first step in the process to the last step. David kept us updated as the work progressed, and his attention to detail and professionalism show through in the final product. Losing belongings due to the flooding was stressful, but David's availability and consistency were reassuring. I knew from the beginning we were in good hands. I would recommend Evergreen to anyone needing help with a rebuilding or remodeling project. David said from the beginning that our house would look better than before the storm, and he was absolutely right!
